1. Ear and eye protection must be worn when on The Clayline at all times
  2. The wearing of hats while on The Clayline is advised
  3. Shooting under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited
  4. Loaded guns must never carried around The Clayline
  5. All guns myst be enclosed in a slip or broken with chambers empty and semi autos must display a warning flag
  6. Do not cross any rope or safety barriers
  7. Strictly fibre wad cartridges only. maximum 28g 7s
  8. The referees decision is final
  9. Bully or abuse of the referees will not be tolerated
  10. Any challenges relating to a referee’s decision must be made at the time
  11. Simultaneous pairs will be shot as ‘pair again nothing established’ in the event of a no bird
  12. On report pairs will be shot as ‘first bird established, pair again’ in the event of a no bird
  13. Scorecards must be handed in at the specified time each day
  14. Shooters must be ready to shoot when their name is called
  15. Persons are responsible for the safekeeping of personal property at all times
  16. The Game Fair/E.J.Churchill has the right to refuse entry to a competition/shooting event or access to The Clayline in the interest of safety or if there is a valid reason to do so
  17. All Game Fair and The Clayline staff must be treated with respect at all times
  18. The Game Fair organisers will not take responsibility for the loss or mislaying of personal items
