We are incredibly excited to be partnering up with Green Yurts for our glamping offering for The Game Fair 2025. With almost 15 years of experience in the glamping and events industry, they have a burgeoning reputation for delivering outstanding boutique campsites that are designed to give you an unforgettable experience.
After much consideration, the glamping area will have a new home in 2025 – the Polo Field. Offering fantastic views of the Hall and a short walk from the event itself, we’re sure that you’ll love this new prime location. In addition to this new location and to streamline the operation, we will now be offering glamping solely as a 4 night stay. With the site opening at 3pm on the 24th you’ve got plenty of time to beat the crowds, get settled in and relax before the action starts on the Friday.
Aside from a range of luxury canvas accommodation options, the site offers a whole host of outstanding facilities:
- Hot showers and flushing toilets available 24 hours a day
- Delicious breakfast and dinner options to keep you well fed
- Exclusive bar offering mouth-watering cocktails, wines and beers

All Glamping bookings cover a 4-night stay from Thursday to Sunday.
The Glamping Site opens Thursday, 24th July at 3pm, and closes at noon on Monday, 28th July.
