The Game Fair is pleased to operate a scheme to provide one complimentary entry ticket for any adult unable to attend The Game Fair unaided. Visit the Box Office at the entrance to the event on arrival with the supporting documentation.

Supporting Documentation

All free Carer/Personal Assistant tickets require evidence of supporting documentation. This is mandatory in order for the Carer/PA ticket to be issued.

Please bring evidence of at least one of the following (photo copies, scanned copies or pictures on your phone are fine);

Middle or Higher Rate DLA for care and/or mobilityReceipt of personal independence payment (PIP)Evidence of being severely sight impairedRecognised assistance dog ID card

If you require a free Carer/PA ticket in order to attend The Game Fair  please purchase a standard ticket at the relevant price in advance. Please make your way to The Game Fair and come to the Ticket Resolution/Customer Service Desk adjacent to the entrance where your Carer/PA ticket will be issued and you will have fast track entry. Please do not queue at the on-day sales points as they are not able to issue the free Carer/PA ticket.

This facility is designed to allow any adult that is unable to otherwise attend The Game Fair to have free access for their Carer or Personal Assistant. We are afraid the carer scheme does not extend to children as they must be accompanied by an adult to attend The Game Fair.
