What are the opening times?
Gates open at 8am. Trade stands open at 9am. Stands and gates close at 6pm on Friday & Saturday and 5pm on Sunday.
Is there parking?
Yes, free public parking is available. Upgrade to In-Show or Forward Parking
Can I arrive by helicopter?
Yes, you can arrive by helicopter! To book a charter flight for uptown 8 passengers or book a landing for your own aircraft, visit here or please call 01202 835385
Is there disabled parking?
Yes, disabled parking spaces are available at the front of the main car park. Show your blue badge on arrival, you do not need to book these spaces they are free to use
Do carers go free?
Yes, carers can redeem complimentary tickets at the box office. Bring supporting documentation here.
Can I hire a wheelchair?
Yes, Event Mobility provides electric and manual wheelchairs. Book here.
Can I camp?
Yes, camping can be booked here
How many people can I have on a pitch?
Each pitch can have a maximum of 6 people per pitch
When does camping open, and what is the latest arrival time?
Campsite opens Thursday 2nd July at 12pm. Arrive no later than 8pm.Please contact [email protected] if you are unable to make this time.
When booking camping is it by pitch or per person?
Camping is booked by pitch not per person.
Can i move my car on and off of my Camping or Glamping pitch?
Yes, you are able to come and go as you like.
What should I wear?
Dress appropriately for the weather. Bring medication if allergic to hay or horses.Please note Shirts or tops must be worn at all times. Those not adhering to this policy may be refused entry or asked to leave
Is there food on site?
Yes, various bars and catering options. VIP package info here.
What age do children go free?
Children under 7 enter free.
Are there activities for children?

What is The Game Fair?
The Game Fair is the UK’s largest countryside festival, featuring shooting sports, gundog displays, conservation talks, food and drink, shopping, and family activities.
Is The Game Fair suitable for families and non-shooters?
Yes. The Game Fair is family-friendly and suitable for non-shooters, with food theatres, countryside crafts, dog activities, live demonstrations, and entertainment for all ages.
Is there lost property?
Visit the organisers’ office if you have lost or misplaced items.
When is The Game Fair 2026?
The Game Fair 2026 takes place from 24 to 26 July 2026 at Ragley Hall, Warwickshire, UK.
Can I buy tickets on the gate?
Tickets available online in advance or at the gate. Early booking recommended.
Can I get a student discount?
Student tickets available with valid ID or documentation (UCAS/university letters).
How can I resend my tickets?
Visit Box Office → “More Information” → “Resend My Tickets”. Or please contact the box office for questions.
Do BASC members get complimentary entry to The Game Fair?
Yes. BASC members receive complimentary entry to The Game Fair for all three days when they book in advance using their BASC membership number and bring valid membership ID.
Do BASC members get discounted tickets for guests?
Yes. BASC members can purchase guest tickets with 20% off when booking in advance, allowing friends or family to attend at a reduced price.
Why does The Game Fair partner with BASC?
The Game Fair partners with BASC because both organisations promote responsible shooting, wildlife conservation, countryside education, and rural traditions.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead.Please clean up after your pet.
Can I bring my dog in the VIP Enclosure?
Yes, dogs are allowed in the VIP Enclosure, please keep you rdog on a lead at all times and clean up after any mess made.
Is there a Dog Crèche?
Yes, open daily 09:00–17:00. Do not leave dogs in vehicles. RSPCA & Police patrols help release dogs if left.
