We are thrilled to unveil a variety of significant upgrades to our campsite for The Game Fair 2025, thanks to our new partnership with the Caravan and Motorhome Club. Renowned for their expertise in delivering outstanding outdoor hospitality, this collaboration marks a huge step forward in elevating our camping experience.

We have carefully listened to the feedback from our 2024 visitors and, with the support of the Caravan and Motorhome Club, have implemented major improvements. From streamlined entry processes to enhanced facilities and services, every upgrade has been designed to ensure our visitors enjoy the ultimate outdoor camping experience at The Game Fair.

Streamlined Entry and New Pitch System for Faster Access

We’ve introduced a new block based pitch system (first come, first served) and optimised the arrival process to reduce wait times and streamline access to the site. This updated approach ensures that guests enjoy a smoother and faster entry experience from the moment they arrive. Making the most of their time at the event.

Group bookings: You can book multiple pitches for your group to be pitched together even if you arrive at different times/days – the number of pitches needs to be booked and paid for through one booking, so that all have the same Booking Reference. The booking will also need to be the same booking type e.g. powered, non-powered, 3 day, 5 day and touring or tenting. To ensure the Club can accommodate all group bookings efficiently, please note that we can only allow multiple pitch bookings placed under the same reference up until one month prior to the event. All bookings now made must arrive at the same time in order to guarantee being pitched together.

Enhanced Campsite Facilities for Greater Comfort

We have redesigned the campsite to increase the number of toilet and shower facilities, with carefully selected locations for improved accessibility. These expanded amenities are tailored to provide every guest with maximum comfort and convenience.

Improved Waste and Campsite Management

This year, we’re introducing additional dedicated Campsite Managers to closely monitor waste levels and maintain the highest standards across the site. These improvements are part of our ongoing efforts to ensure a cleaner, more enjoyable environment for everyone.

Expanded and Mobility-Friendly Shuttle Services

For the convenience of all guests, we’ve increased the frequency of our free shuttle services to and from the main event. This includes mobility-friendly options to ensure inclusive transport to The Game Fair for everyone, making it easy and enjoyable for guests to explore all the event has to offer.

NEW! The Hunting Lodge

The brand-new heart of the campsite! Enjoy carefully selected beers, craft gins, premium spirits, and great wines in a warm, welcoming atmosphere – perfect for unwinding after a day at the fair.

The Lodge will be open 6.30am – 10.30pm, food will be available all evening.

Catering

Campsite catering will be available from 7:00am – 10:30pm.

Whether you’re starting your day with a hot breakfast or winding down with an evening meal, our 2025 campsite catering has you covered. With a delicious range of options available on-site, you won’t need to stray far for quality food and drink. Expect hearty favourites, fresh ingredients, and something for everyone — from early risers to late-night grazers.

Reserving Pitches

Pitches at our campsite are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure a smooth arrival process and fairness for all guests. Upon arrival, you’ll be directed to your designated campsite area based on the pitch type you’ve booked. One of our friendly Campsite Managers will guide you to your pitch.

What happens if bookings are made separately?

If you choose to book individually and want to be pitched with others who have also made separate bookings, you will all need to arrive at the same time and have selected the same pitch type. While we can’t promise you’ll be together, rest assured we’ll do everything we can to make sure you’re camped near your friends.

Mixed Tenting and Touring

To ensure the safety of all our guests, tents and caravans/motorhomes cannot be pitched together. This policy ensures adequate spacing between pitches, adhering to fire safety regulations, and aligns with our campsite safety procedures, ensuring a secure and enjoyable environment for all.

Technical Details

The equipment CAMC uses to provide Electric Hook-ups (EHUs) is all located above ground. Temporary sites supply maximum 6 amps, which means at any one time the total of all appliances in use at an individual pitch must not exceed 6 amps. For further information, view the leaflet here.

The Game Fair Campsite will be open for arrivals:

Wednesday 23rd July: 12pm – 9pm (no arrivals after 9pm)

Thursday 24th July: 12pm – 9pm (no arrivals after 9pm)

Friday 25th July: 8am – 9pm (no arrivals after 9pm)

For those Camping over the event, please follow signage with the Purple Circle symbol and follow signage to the entrance off the A422 (https://w3w.co/drop.whisk.mason).
