1.  Arrival & Departure

  • Campsite opens Wednesday, 23rd July 2025 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (No arrivals after 9:00 PM).
  • Arrival times from Thursday, 24th July to Saturday, 26th July 2025: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM (No arrivals after 9:00 PM).
  1. Camping Pitch Regulations

  • Pitches are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and must be pre-booked.
  • Touring pitches (grass): 10m x 10m, allowing for:

    • 1 caravan with awning, or
    • 1 motorhome with awning, or
    • 1 campervan with awning, or
    • 1 vehicle with a roof tent and one car.
    • Max occupancy: 6 people (adults & children). No tents or trailer tents permitted.
  • Tent-only pitches (grass): 10m x 10m, allowing for:

    • Tents and/or trailer tents with one car only.
    • All equipment, including ropes, must fit within your pitch.
  1. General Campsite Rules

  • Quiet hours: 10:30 PM – 8:00 AM.
  • No generators allowed.
  • No sound systems permitted on site.
  • No Chinese lanterns, fireworks, or drones.
  • No sleeping in vehicles overnight.
  • Strictly no underage drinking (under 18s).
  • No selling alcohol unless by an official vendor.
  • No smoking inside shared facilities. Cigarette ends must be disposed of safely.
  • Glass bottles are allowed within pitches, but broken glass must be cleared immediately. Walking with open glass bottles is prohibited.
  1. Fire & Safety Regulations

  • No campfires allowed.
  • Keep fire lanes clear at all times.
  • Gas safety:
    • Caravans & campervans must use fitted gas bottles only (no spare bottles allowed).
    • Campers may use small gas stoves (max 2.2kg bottle). No spare bottles permitted.
    • No stoves allowed inside tents.
  • Water sources must be labelled as drinking water before use.
  • Heating appliances inside tents (e.g., LPG gas rings, disposable BBQs) pose a risk of carbon monoxide poisoning—use with caution.
  1. Vehicles & Traffic Management

  • Restricted vehicle movement on-site.
  • No vehicle movement during hours of darkness.
  • Speed limit: 5mph.
  • Normal vehicle regulations apply.
  1. Facilities & Waste Disposal

  • Bins must be used for waste disposal.
  • Toilet waste must be emptied into designated tanks, not toilet units.
  • All visitors must respect the campsite, staff, and fellow campers.
  • Report any issues to the Campsite Manager or Security.
  1. Wristbands & Security

  • All campers must wear issued wristbands at all times.
  • Anti-social behaviour will result in ejection without refund.
  • Campers are responsible for securing valuables, vehicles, and belongings.
  • Security checks will be conducted, and any suspicious activity must be reported.
  1. Cancellations, Refunds & Liability

  • Bookings are non-refundable.
  • The Organiser is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss, except in cases of proven negligence.
  • Force Majeure: The event may be altered, postponed, or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, acts of God, terrorism, etc.).

Terms of Use

Accessible pitches are strictly for the use of individuals who meet the eligibility criteria.

Misuse of an accessible pitch (e.g., booking without valid eligibility or providing false documentation) may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.
