Established in 2018, Silverhand Estate proudly boasts the largest single vineyard in the UK, with over 900 acres, which are farmed, (and certified), 100% organically, and producing both still and sparkling wine. More than just a wine producer, Silverhand Estate are guardians of the land in which the estate sits and are passionate about protecting the flora and fauna that resides.
Silverhand Estate is the only vineyard in the UK to have a dedicated conservation team who work throughout the year to ensure harmony between the vines and the natural habitat that surrounds it; this is particularly important as they reside within a National Landscape, have recently been inaugurated into the 21st National Nature Reserve, part of the King’s Series and are now certified as Carbon Negative, without offsetting.
Nestled in the heart of Kent, in the village of Luddesdown, Silverhand Estate takes its name from King Lud, a first century King of Trinovantes, founder of London and God of Protection of Prosperity.
