If you’re looking for the best way to immerse yourself in The Game Fair, staying on-site at Game Fair Camping is the perfect choice. Designed with comfort, safety, and enjoyment in mind, the campsite offers a welcoming environment for families, friends, and individuals who want to make the most of the event from start to finish.

With well-organised pitches, clear guidelines, and dedicated zones for families and quieter campers, Game Fair Camping is more than just a place to sleep — it’s part of the experience.

Spacious, Well-Planned Camping Pitches

All camping pitches are 10m x 10m, giving you plenty of space to relax and set up comfortably. Pitches are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and must be booked in advance.

Each pitch can include:

  • One caravan, campervan, motorhome, or roof tent

  • One parked car

  • Any combination of tents and awnings, as long as everything fits safely within the pitch

  • Up to six people per pitch

Mixed camping setups are welcome, making it easy for groups with different camping styles to stay together.

Please note: Camping tickets are separate from Game Fair event tickets.

Camping for Everyone: Family & Quiet Areas

To ensure everyone has the best possible stay, the campsite includes:

  • Family Camping – ideal for those attending with children

  • Quiet Camping – perfect for campers who prefer a more peaceful atmosphere

Quiet camping has stricter quiet hours and noise controls, while family camping offers a relaxed space better suited to children.

A Safe, Respectful & Enjoyable Environment

The campsite has been carefully planned with safety and comfort at its heart. Clear rules help ensure that everyone can enjoy their stay without disruption. Key campsite rules include:

  • Quiet hours from 11:00pm – 7:00am (earlier in quiet camping areas)

  • No generators, sound systems, fireworks, drones, or open fires

  • Responsible alcohol consumption within your own pitch only

  • Strictly no underage drinking or illegal substances

  • No sleeping in vehicles overnight

Anyone behaving in an unsafe or anti-social way may be removed to protect the enjoyment of others.

Fire, Gas & Vehicle Safety

For everyone’s safety:

  • Campfires, wood BBQs, and open flames are not permitted

  • Only approved gas setups may be used, and never inside tents

  • Vehicles must be securely parked with handbrakes applied

  • Speed limits are kept to walking pace, with restricted vehicle movement once on site

These measures ensure a safe and stress-free camping experience for all.

Excellent Facilities & Clean Shared Spaces

Game Fair Camping provides shared facilities that are regularly maintained. Campers are asked to:

  • Dispose of waste responsibly in designated waste areas

  • Use proper disposal points for toilet waste

  • Respect shared facilities and fellow campers

Any issues can be reported directly to the on-site campsite management team.

Pets, Children & Accessibility

  • Children under 18 must be supervised at all times

  • Well-behaved dogs are welcome and must be kept on a lead

  • Accessible pitches are available for those who meet eligibility requirements

The campsite is designed to be inclusive, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.
