• BASC members have complimentary entry to the Game Fair on all three days.
• The complimentary tickets must be downloaded via TGF website here.
• The complimentary entry offer applies to all BASC membership categories.
• BASC members also qualify for guest tickets at a reduced rate. Guests must be accompanied by a BASC member. Please use unique code BASCGUEST here in box at top.
• In situations where someone has forgotten their downloaded ticket, they can gain complimentary entry by providing a valid membership card (or proof of joining) to the box office.
• In situations where someone has not downloaded their ticket, they can download it via The Game Fair website on their mobile phones at the show entrance. If they are unable to do this they can gain complimentary entry by providing a valid membership card (or proof of joining) to the box office.
• Members who have joined BASC and have not yet received their membership card can still gain entry providing they can prove some form of joining, such as a blue/ green receipt slip, a ‘to whom it may concern’ letter from BASC, email/letter confirmation etc.
• There will be a ‘BASC Members Express Lane’ at each of the entrance gates at the Game Fair although if this lane is busy members are able to use any of the other Game Fair lanes.
• In situations where a current BASC member has paid to get into The Game Fair and then realises they could have had complimentary entry, no ticket or cash refunds are permitted.
• In situations where a non-member has paid to get into The Game Fair and then joins BASC on the main stand, no ticket or cash refunds are permitted.
