Gun Trade News partners with Gun Trade Pavilion

Three key players in the shooting industry – The Game Fair, the Gun Trade Association and Gun Trade News – have come together to support those working within it by delivering a Trade Pavilion during the show.

Alongside all of the other major attractions at the much-loved event – taking place at Ragley Hall, Warwickshire from July 23rd to 25th – the purpose-built pavilion will offer a mix of public access trade stands and industry-only exhibition space.

There will also be meeting rooms, business services and even a new product showcase, looking after manufacturers, wholesalers, brands, retailers and trade buyers.

Organisers have designed the pavilion in conjunction with the Gun Trade Association and it will also host receptions, presentations and networking events including some on the Thursday before the show opens to the public – a kind of ‘trade preview’.

The backing of industry publication Gun Trade News, part of the Future publishing portfolio, comes at an opportune time as content is being discussed, devised and fine-tuned at present.

Steve Faragher, Gun Trade News editor, said: “I’m delighted that GTN will be continuing its close association with the Gun Trade Association to provide a tranquil haven at The Game Fair for all the busy people who work in the industry at the brand-new Gun Trade Pavilion.

“Hopefully this Game Fair will be one of the biggest and best ever, I certainly am really looking forward to it, and the opportunity to catch up with colleagues and friends that I haven’t seen all year.”

Game Fair managing director, James Gower, added: “We have bowed to repeated requests for a trade-only area to our festival of the great British countryside and we know what a key part shooting plays within it.

“It is right and proper that we should partner with the industry organisation the Gun Trade Association and the dedicated industry publication, Gun Trade News to ensure that we offer a compelling mix of services, opportunities and presentations so our valued exhibitors and their trade associates can enjoy The Game Fair to its fullest.”
