Crispy Duck Rotisserie

We roast our crispy duck on a large rotisserie with lots of theatre. Our English duck all comes from one East Anglian farmer and is served with an Asian twist. We also offer a vegan duck option, which is Jack Fruit based. Both are served in wraps with julienne cucumber, spring onions and our house hoisin or as a gluten free platter. We serve fries, twice cooked in duck fat, and served with rock salt and rosemary.

We started out flogging pizza on the road with a wood fired oven in the back of a land rover. Three friends refining their skills from Italian chefs and trips to Naples. Now we’ve got a full throttle travelling pizzeria, visiting all the top festivals and wedding around the UK.

We have been running the Uk’s most unique smokers and largest smokers for that last 14 years with our two vintage smoker trucks the 1951 ford coe known as the smoking rat as it is a 250 hp rat rod and our more recent 1953 ford F500 the baby rat with its 250hp both powered by 6liter turbo cummins engines both with super impressive smokers on plus our beautiful vintage Hy Pizza Van offering a variety made to order pizza
