Highland Outdoors brings big brands to The Game Fair
One of the UK’s best-known shooting distributors, Highland Outdoors, has signed up for this summer’s Game Fair, with the promise to bring some of the biggest brands in shooting.
The firm, which was established back in 2007 and specialises in providing a great range of products to the firearms and related industry, is planning a large stand to enable it to display many of these names while also revealing a number of exciting developments.
It will showcase new brand partnerships and concepts, including the latest shotguns from Webley & Scott, innovative ear protection from Vario Hearables, state-of-the-art thermal scopes and spotters from InfiRay Outdoor, rifles from Howa, industry-leading products from TIER-ONE, moderators from Aimsport and Swedish newcomer RCC and brand new optics from Nikko Stirling, just to mention a few.
John Bright, Highland Outdoors’ CEO, said: “The last 18 months have been testing for everyone in the UK shooting industry but, despite this, Highland Outdoors has made great progress, developing partnerships for some truly innovative brands such as InfiRay, TIER-ONE and Vario Hearables.
“We see The Game Fair as a great opportunity to showcase our new products to the shooting community and we are very much looking forward to supporting this year’s show.”
Talking of some of the latest partnerships, he added: “IRay technology is a high-tech enterprise that develops and produces infra-red FPA detectors, thermal imaging modules and other IR-related productions. The company has completely independent intellectual property rights. “IRay is committed to providing professional thermal imaging products and solutions for global customers. We are very excited to be working with InfiRay Outdoor throughout the UK and Ireland and have made a substantial commitment to carry a comprehensive range of stock. Be it monoculars, clip on scopes, or weapon sights, IRay offers a substantial product catalogue with industry leading performance.
“We are also super excited to be working alongside Craig and Caroline at TIER-ONE and are committed to carrying a widerange of stock for all markets as well as working on targeted pricing strategies.”
The Game Fair shooting section manager Lee Hurst said: “This is another great addition to Gunmakers’ Row. Highland Outdoors’ stand is always a popular attraction at any show and we are really excited to be welcoming the team to Ragley Hall this summer. There will be so much going on there.”
