Ruth Hansom serves up style at Swinton Estate
Game Fair clay line provider E J Churchill has unveiled details of a special package with top chef Ruth Hansom at the Swinton Estate, where it hosts a shooting school and ground.
Ruth is the executive chef of Samuel’s Restaurant on the Swinton Estate and the deal includes fabulous overnight stay, seven-course tasting menu, breakfast and much more.
Not only a Roux Scholarship finalist and winner of a Caterer Acorn Award, Ruth is a familiar face on the small screen as finalist of the Great British Menu and regular appearances on James Martin’s Saturday Morning and Saturday Kitchen Live.
From Saturday, April, 1st Ruth is bringing her love of cooking with seasonal, local produce to the table at Samuel’s Restaurant with her seasonal Estate to Plate menus.
Dine in Samuel’s Restaurant and stay, enjoying a night in one of Swinton Park’s opulent bedrooms. Your stay will include a quintessential English Sparkling Afternoon Tea on arrival, a seven-course tasting menu created by Ruth Hansom and a sumptuous breakfast. Full access to Swinton Country Club and Spa and the 200-acre parkland and gardens is included and it’s worth visiting the Walled Garden where Ruth has taken inspiration for her Estate to Plate menus.
