Welcome to your first Game Fair! Whether you’re passionate about the countryside, curious about field sports, or simply looking for a great day out with the family, you’re in for a truly unforgettable experience at Ragley Hall.

Here’s what you need to know to make the most of your first trip.

Before you arrive

The event will take place Friday 24th July – Sunday 26th July 2026.

Open from 09:00 until 18:00 (09:00 – 17:00 on Sunday).

There are three main entrances into the showground:

  • Purple car park & entrance will bring you closest to the retail village. Forward Parking available.
  • Red car park & entrance will bring you closest to the shootline, Gunmakers’ Row and gundogs. Forward Parking available.
  • Green entrance will give you the fastest entrance into the show, but you need to book In Show Parking to get here.

Forward Parking will place you at the front of the purple & red car parks and can be booked here.

Tickets

Once you have parked, head to the entrance gates where your tickets will be scanned. You can also make any additional purchases at the box offices at each gate. Now it’s time to explore…

What to expect on the day

There’s plenty to see and even more to get stuck into at The Game Fair.

Watch thrilling Main Arena displays, top gundogs in action, lively debates in the Carter Jonas Game Fair Theatre, skilled artisans crafting traditional countryside goods, and master gunmakers showcasing their craft in Gunmakers’ Court.

If you want to try something hands-on, head to the shootline and shoot some clays with E.J. Churchill, or visit the nearby airgun stand. Try your hand at casting in the Fishing Village, have fun with dog agility if you’re bringing your furry friend, or get behind the wheel of the latest 4×4 vehicles on our 4×4 course.

Food and drink areas are dotted throughout the event, but for a true foodie shopping experience, head to Totally Food, where aisles are packed with locally produced treats and beverages. This area also features the BASC Kitchen Theatre, where you can sit back and watch talented chefs in action for plenty of culinary inspiration.

Stay and explore

There is so much to do at The Game Fair, it makes sense to stay over for the weekend and turn your visit into a British summer getaway.

Camping at The Game Fair offers a traditional outdoor experience, while glamping – set in front of the hall on the scenic polo field – adds a touch of luxury with stunning views of the estate’s landscape. Book here.

Getting around

We will have our site map available here before the event so you can arrange meeting points and plan your day ahead of arrival. We recommend purchasing a show guide so you have a map on you at all times.

There will be signage upon arrival and throughout the event. You will find ‘You Are Here Boards’ which will direct you whichever way you need to go.

If you have any queries, head to the Organisers’ Office by Green Gate and the team will be able to assist you.
