We’re ready… are you?
The excitement is reaching fever pitch as the stars align for this year’s Game Fair at Ragley Hall – and the team is ready to welcome you next week for an unforgettable event.
With Prime Minister Boris Johnson confirming that almost all restrictions will be lifted in England from Monday as Phase Four of the Roadmap To Recovery gets the green light, it’s time to unlock the potential of the festival of the great British countryside.
As one of the few shows to be taking place this summer, the stage is set for a bumper attendance at The Game Fair – ticket sales have been running at an unprecedented level and the excitement is palpable.
The team has been on site for several weeks, setting up stands, building the Clarence Court Main Arena, the Enclosure and restaurant, the Nice & Wild public restaurant, installing fences, electricity, water and wi-fi – in short, a tented town like no other.
With fantastic networking events planned each day, ticket sales at an all-time high and a plethora of big-name brands and newcomers alike, it’s an opportunity to sell your products and do business, the like of which we have not seen for 18 months or more.
The Game Fair managing director, James Gower, paid tribute to everyone who has committed to this year’s event and those who have helped ensure it is ready to open, on time, next Friday, July 23rd.
“I’d like to thank our exhibitors, sponsors and organisations who have been visionaries in supporting the event during these challenging times. Without their support and belief in The Game Fair, it would have been impossible to stage. Can I also thank the staff for their resolve and determination to do whatever it takes have made this event possible.
“And it is because of these extraordinary times and the gap year we suffered in 2020, that this Game Fair is so important as a chance to network, debate, do business and, of course, to meet up with old friends and family.
“It has not been easy and, where many events have thrown in the towel, we are proud to have assembled an incredible celebration of the countryside and a wonderful showcase of our industries and way of life.
“Despite all of challenges, we welcome more than 250 new exhibitors who are presenting an incredible line up of new products and services, along with many old friends. We couldn’t have done it without you and we wish you all a truly wonderful show.”
